Spencer is a Development Associate at Clean Cloud Energy, supporting data center project development with expertise in siting, environmental permitting and land use. Prior to joining Clean Cloud Energy, he worked as a Real Estate Associate at reNRG, contributing to site selection and land acquisition for energy projects, and as an Environmental Field Technician at Strata Clean Energy.

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a focus in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University. A North Carolina native, Spencer enjoys backpacking in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
