Leslie is the Director of Environmental & Permitting at Clean Cloud Energy, bringing extensive experience in environmental permitting for solar, wind, storage, and natural gas projects. Prior to joining Clean Cloud Energy, she served as Senior Environmental Manager at Enel Green Power North America, where she led complex local and state permitting efforts and coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure project success. She also held environmental and permitting roles at Tradewind Energy, Xcel Energy, Penn Virginia Corporation, and New Tech Global Environmental.

Leslie holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University and completed the Renewable Energy Business Development Program at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy. Leslie enjoys hiking with her dogs in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
