

Clark is the Director of Development at Clean Cloud Energy, bringing extensive experience in the development of wind, solar, energy storage, and green hydrogen projects. Prior to joining Clean Cloud Energy, he served as Senior Development Manager at Enel Green Power North America, managing over 2.1 GW of greenfield assets that reached commercial operations and coordinating across departments to advance projects from conception to construction. He also held development roles at Tradewind Energy, overseeing a 5 GW pipeline and managing divestitures totaling over 1.4 GW, and earlier worked as a leasing consultant securing more than 80 land agreements for renewable projects.
Clark holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University. Clark and his wife have one son and he lends a hand on his family’s ranch in Oklahoma.
