Charlie Ross is the Director of M&A at Clean Cloud Energy, bringing extensive experience in energy project acquisitions and investment structuring. Prior to joining Clean Cloud Energy, he held multiple roles at Enel Green Power North America and GE Capital Energy Financial Services, leading acquisitions and structuring for over 5.3 GW of high-value solar, wind, and storage projects across the U.S. and Canada. Charlie has managed interdisciplinary teams across real estate, environmental, permitting, interconnection, engineering, and legal functions to advance projects from conception through commercial operation, and has overseen major acquisitions including portfolios totaling several GWs in PJM, ERCOT, WECC, MISO and AESO markets.

Charlie completed the Renewable Energy Business Development Program at SDA Bocconi and holds a BA in Economics from Union College. Charlie enjoys playing squash and walking in Central Park with his wife and dog.
