Tony is the Chief Operating Officer at Clean Cloud Energy, bringing more than two decades of leadership and technical expertise across energy, private equity, consulting, and military service.

Prior to joining Clean Cloud Energy, Tony founded EEE Management & Consulting, where he originated and managed U.S. energy projects for international investors. He also served as Vice President at Silverpeak Renewable Investment Partners, managing project development, offtake strategies, and due diligence on major acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Wood PLC and DNV GL, where he directed clean energy consulting, project finance support, and technical advisory services for multibillion-dollar renewable portfolios.

Before his career in energy, Tony served in the United States Air Force as a Squadron Commander and Instructor Pilot, earning multiple combat air medals. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio, an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from MIT, and a B.Sc. from the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he graduated with distinction.

Tony lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and their two children.
